These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vic Farm - Private Members Club website at www.vicfarm.co.uk and your membership and use of our facilities. By accessing our website or becoming a member you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership

• Membership is subject to approval by the club committee
• Annual membership fees are due on joining and on renewal each year
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Members must be aged 18 or over
• Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests at all times
• The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct deemed detrimental to the club or its members

3. Visitor Policy

Non-members may visit the club as guests of a member or by paying the visitor fee of £1 per visit. Visitors must be signed in by a member and comply with all club rules. The club reserves the right to refuse entry.

4. Events and Tickets

• Tickets for paid events are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the club
• In the event of cancellation, the club will offer a full refund or alternative date where possible
• The club reserves the right to alter event details including dates, times and performers
• Entry to events may be refused where the club deems it appropriate

5. Venue Hire

• Venue hire is subject to a separate hire agreement and deposit
• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the hire period
• Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee
• The club reserves the right to terminate a hire where its rules or licensing conditions are breached

6. Code of Conduct

All members, visitors and guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times. Aggressive, abusive or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises and termination of membership. The club operates in accordance with all relevant licensing legislation.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information only. We reserve the right to amend, remove or update content at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

8. Intellectual Property
